When a little girl spots the most perfect bicycle in a shop window, she is determined to work as hard as she can to earn the money to buy it. Over a period of many months, she does various chores for a kindly neighbor in exchange for payment, and finally the day arrives when she has enough money! She rushes down to the bicycle shop with her adorable little brother in tow, only to find that the bicycle has already sold. After pondering on the curb for a while, she decides to spend her money on a tricycle for her brother. She is disappointed for herself, but happy for her brother. But on the way home, her neighbor friend has a special surprise of thanks for all of her hard work...could it be what she has been wanting most?
