How do your sizes run?

All of our items run true-to-size unless otherwise specified in the product description. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up - children grow!

How do I care for my items?

All of our knitted garments are made with pure Merino wool that has not been coated with any chemicals. This means that they must be gently washed by hand in lukewarm water and a small amount of detergent. Excess water can be removed by gently squeezing and then wrapping the item in a towel and pressing firmly. Reshape and lay flat to dry. Washing with a machine may cause the item to felt and/or shrink. 

Our felted products should also be washed by hand, reshaped and laid flat to dry. Spot cleaning also works well.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

What are the shipping costs for my order?

$0 - $100: $8 shipping in the U.S.
$100+: Free shipping in the U.S.
$22: All international orders (differences in actual shipping costs will be refunded directly to the customer in a timely manner).

We ship via the USPS Postal Service. All domestic orders are shipped via Priority Mail and each order is provided with a tracking number. All international orders are shipped via First Class Mail International and do not come with reliable tracking information. We cannot be held responsible for international packages that are lost, damaged, or retained at customs for any length of time. Please allow up to 4 weeks for international packages to arrive.

* A note about international orders: We cannot be held responsible for any taxes or customs fees that may be required by your country of residence. We are not able to mark packages as "gift" or for value amounts lesser than the actual amount paid by the customer. Please check with your local customs agency for information regarding estimated costs. Refunds will not be granted for packages refused and they will not be returned to us. 

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges on full-price merchandise within 15 days after order delivery. All sale items are final sale. International orders are not eligible for return or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items that are sent back for an exchange will not be charged a second shipping charge by Mouse in the House. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. All purchases made from our stockists must be returned to their establishment directly.

Do you offer gift wrap?

We do! Each order is beautifully packaged with tissue paper, yarn, and a little touch of nature. We are also happy to include a personalized message with your gift - just send us an e-mail at info@mithshop.com and include your order number.
